IBO is a software-as-a-service product provided by Ranjan Kumar. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping charges apply and nothing is delivered to a postal address.

1. How the Service is delivered

• The Service is delivered online at this website. You use it in a web browser on a computer or phone.
• Your workspace is available immediately after you sign up. Paid plan features are activated on your workspace as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
• A payment receipt is sent to the email address used for the payment.

2. Delays

If paid features are not active on your workspace within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at rahul.webclever@gmail.com or +91 89688 83808 with the payment reference and we will activate them or refund the payment.
