Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IBO (the "Service"), provided by Ranjan Kumar, 75/1, Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh 160003, India ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (the "Customer").

1. The Service

IBO is an online operations tool for tracking enquiries, quotations, orders, purchases, dispatches, invoices, payments and follow-ups. It is not an accounting, tax-filing or legal compliance system; you remain responsible for your books, invoices and tax filings.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your workspace.
• Workspace owners and admins control who has access and with which role.
• You must be authorised to bind the business you register.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• New workspaces get a free trial. When it ends the workspace moves to the Free plan unless upgraded; your data is not deleted.
• Paid plans are billed in advance per workspace, exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT or sales tax). Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Your data

• You own the business data you put into IBO ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide and support the Service.
• You can export or request deletion of your data at any time; we delete it from live systems within 30 days of a verified request and from backups within 90 days.
• Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. For personal data of your customers and staff, you are the data fiduciary/controller and we act as your processor.

5. AI features

Optional AI features send the relevant business data to our AI provider to generate suggestions or perform actions you request. AI output can be wrong — review it before relying on it. We do not allow the AI provider to train models on your data.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other workspaces, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, and no use that degrades the Service for others. We may suspend workspaces that breach these terms.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability and take regular backups, but the Service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime unless agreed in writing.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data you could have backed up.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate for material breach or non-payment after notice. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India, unless mandatory local law where you are based says otherwise.
